1. TOPIC: HEALTH

  1. Tell me one activity that is good for your health?

Staying in good shape is everyone’s concern and I am no exception. To be honest, I have been so caught up in my study since I entered university that I have a problem in organizing my daily routine. However, I have been participating in a karate class for about 3 years, which takes me only 2 hours a day, to try to lead a healthy lifestyle.

  1. Do you think that you have a healthy life style? Why/Why not?

To be very honest, I am so conscious about my health. There are certain factors that mostly I adopt to be healthier are as, the diet I take regularly is being monitored, daily exercise and doing some works that makes me happy and others too.

Yes , I really focus on public informations when I come across with them either on TV or on magazines. I think they are really important for raising awareness to health problems and for giving general information about how to pursue a healthier life.

  1. How many hours do you usually sleep at night?

I usually spend like five to six hours a day on sleeping, which is not really recommended by doctors, I know. What’s worse is that I’m only in my early 20s but I’m already experiencing something called sleep deprivation. There are days when I cannot even shut my eyes down in the middle of the night.

  1. Do you have a healthy eating habit?

The food you eat can affect my health and my risk for certain diseases. To eat healthier food, I may need to change some of my daily habits. I also may need to change some things in the environment.

I don’t need to make huge changes to eat healthier. And I don’t have to change my habits all at the same time. It’s best to set small goals and change my habits a little bit at a time. Over time, small changes can make a big difference in my health.

  1. Are you usually sleepy in the middle of the day?

I think this is a good question. I usually don’t spend my lunch break on sleeping at the office, but I often nod off many times during work hours. My boss is very sympathetic about this, though, since she knows my job requires endless hours of sitting in front of a computer screen.

2. TOPIC: COMPETITION

  1. Are you a competitive person?

I’m not really competitive when it comes to athletics. I like to play sports only to be active, mostly. When it comes to video games, I can be a tad competitive, especially playing against family members and at competitions, but I still would rather have fun otherwise I would just well on losing and that’s not a healthy way to live. I know I cannot be the best at everything and that’s what I live by when it comes to winning or losing. I’ll just learn from losses and try to do better next time.

  1. Do you always like winning?

Winning makes us feel good, like we’ve accomplished something great, but it doesn’t force us to self-reflect and self-improve. It, rather unfortunately, doesn’t make us better people. Scoring that game-deciding goal when you were eight didn’t force you to re-evaluate your practice strategies.

  1. Do you prefer being a spectator or a player?

Absolutely I’d prefer engaging in some sport activities rather than to sit in a dump place to watch others having fun. Firstly, playing sports helps us to keep fit and stay healthy. Secondly, it also enhances people’s competitiveness to win a match. Finally, I believe that sports also teach us about discipline to play fair and how to cooperate with other people to blow a competition away.

  1. Do you find it easy to learn new rules?

I think it easy to learn new rules, for example: swimming. Unlike other  sports, there are no rules to follow when you swim. Basically, swimming is just combination of your leg and arm motions and the natural floatation of the body. To progress as a swimmer, you need to take up exercise and practice with a personal trainer as well as wear some special swimming costumes such as swim cap or glasses to protect your hair and eyes from chemicals in swimming pool. I came across a swimming competition when coming home from work and found my father stick his eyes to TV screen. I guessed it should be something very spectacular or interesting and it drew my attention. I came closer to my TV and watched with him, and at the end I found it worth trying.

  1. Describe a competition you took part in or watched recently.

I’ve played just about every sport under the sun and I can say with absolute confidence that the most enjoyable was football, especially when playing it for the first time. Some of the boys in the year above us played a daily lunchtime game of football on the main stadium at school and one fateful day, my group of friends decided to join in.  We all loved it from the first minute. It was fast paced, it built camaraderie between it’s players quickly and rewarded personal attributes like bravery and commitment rather than physical traits. For many of us, it was our first real experience of any sort of physical confrontation and for a teenage boy, the confidence it inspired in you was life-changing.

3. TOPIC: SPORTS

  1. What sports do you like doing?

My favourite sport is football. Football is the most common sport activity and it acquires its reputation for The King of Sports. Two teams will defend in a football pitch, try to take possession of the ball, pass it to the teammates and aim to score a goal. They also try to avoid injuries and booking. People prefer football than any kinds of sports because of the animating atmosphere it brings back.

  1. What sports don’t you like watching on television?

I don’t like watching rugby on TV because it’s not my favourite sport, as you may know, I like football so much.

  1. Who is your favorite sport person?

My favourite sports person is Leo Messi. He’s a famous football player, and some would say he’s the best football player in the world. He started his career in Argentina, where he was born, but moved to Barcelona, in Spain, when he was a teenager. He had a disability, for which the Spanish team agreed to pay his medical bills. Despite his health problems, Messi developed into a modern legend. He has won numerous trophies over the course of his career, including five “world footballer of the year” awards – which is a world record. I remember first hearing about him about ten years ago, when he was first making headlines.  His life story caught my attention just as much as his incredible skills. I admire him because of his triumph over adversity. I think that his inspiring story of perseverance is a lesson for us all.

  1. Do you support a sports team?

Its all started from watching Cristiano during his Man Utd days. Then I heard about a Messi and started watching la liga. At first it was a bit boring as I did not know much about fotball and its tactics. But watching him play with likes of Iniesta and Xavi made me realise that football is not all about dribble, step over and making a cross from wing and score. Its all about passing, vision, creativity and more important it should look beautiful as it is THE BEAUTIFUL GAME. Thats when I knew that I have become a Barca fan and its gonna be for life time.

  1. Do you think that it’s important for children to leam to play a sport?

Well, in my opinion, there are 2 advantages of letting children take part in sport activities. First and foremost, playing sports brings about numerous health benefits. When playing out, children have more room to run around and be more active, this means they get to build strong bones and burn off calories. Plus, being in the sunshine, even in winter, means children naturally absorb vital vitamin D. Secondly, sport activities help children to be more courageous because they have to step out of their comfort zone. This helps children to learn to push their boundaries and become good at risk assessment. It also teaches them to explore new games and become confident in learning to try new things without being guided by adults.

4. TOPIC: TRANSPORT

  1. What’s the best way to get around your town or city?

Definitely the best way to get around Nghe An Province is on something like this. This is my môtrbike. I use it every day from home to work. In Nghe An, we have lots and lots of amazing roads. So it’s really safe to get around the city, town or countryside, especially from Vinh city to different District. Just remember, the Vietnam helmet is compulsory for you, so be safe and I’ll see you on your motorbike.

  1. How often do you use public transport?

I take the bus on a daily basis. It’s the cheapest to get around, even though it is overcrowded at times, and not particularly punctual. Besides, I can do other things like reading books or sleeping while sitting on the bus.

  1. Is there a lot of traffic where you live?

I live in a town so there is a lot of traffic there, including personal and public, such as: trucks, cars, buses, motorbikes, bicycles, etc…

  1. How do you go to work/school every day?

I usually travel to work by bus since it is, by far, the cheapest transportation mode in Vietnam. Besides, these buses, fully air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, are hard to miss and can be boarded at any of its stops, and has a frequency rate of about 15 minutes.

  1. Is there a traditional method of transport in your hometown?

I was born and raised in the 1990s, the country started to develop, so I don’t see any traditional method of transport where I live.

5. TOPIC: TRAVELLING

  1. What’s the best way of travelling long distances?

There are several reasons why I prefer travelling by motorbike rather than by car, but most of all, I wouldn’t want to miss the breathtaking scenery along the way. Moreover, my travelling timeline would be more flexible if I went there by motorbike, as I wouldn’t have to worry about being stuck in traffic jams. Last but not least, I think it would be a way to make the trip somehow more challenging and interesting, so we would have more things to recall afterwards.

  1. Do you like travelling? Why/ Why not?

Because, I’m keen on travelling and I always want to visit some tourist destinations outside Nghe An Province. Well, I’m planning to travel to a coastal city this summer since I really love beaches. It’s a great way to relax and relieve stress. Usually, I go on a trip on national holidays when I have lots of time on my hand

  1. What’s your best travelling experience?

On the first two days of September, we had two days off because it is the National Independence Day of Vietnam. So, my wife and I thought we should grasp the chance to go somewhere and put our feet up.

We preferred some destinations near Hanoi to avoid weariness of a long journey. Tam Dao, which is a pristine, pollution-free district in the northern part of Hanoi, about 60 km, was our final choice. We also made a decision to travel in our own private car. Tam Dao is a well-known tourist attraction, but it is quite inaccessible to trains or planes. We had great fun on the journey. I drove while my son and my wife played toys together, sang along or even snapped along the way.

  1. What’s your worst travelling experience?

That was a trip to Tam Dao last year. On the way home, it rained cats and dogs and surely we did not get drenched to the skin. Unfortunately, my car started making odd sounds out of the engine, and then suddenly stopped. It turned out to run out of petrol because I forgot to fill it up. We got stuck in the middle of nowhere without any petrol station and had to stop on the highway and flagged down any vehicle we saw to ask for help. Fortunately, a driver stopped and pulled my car to the nearest petrol station.

  1. Have you ever been on a long boat trip?

Yes, if my memories serve me right, my first time traveling by boat was about 5 years ago when I was on holiday with my family to Ha Long Bay. We chose to experience an overnight cruise to get away from it all. We had a whale of a time to unwind and to be immersed in the natural environment. The panoramic sea view from our boat were incredibly spectacular.

6. TOPIC: ADVENTURE

  1. Do you like taking risks?

I’m not good at to take risks and deal risks well. I believe only a minority of people are willing to take risks. Entrepreneurs are among the greatest risk takers as they invest huge amounts of money and effort into their business without knowing the outcome. Adventure travelers and extreme sports players also like to venture out of their comfort zones.

  1. Are you a decisive person?

I’m really indecisive which I’ve found to be quite an annoying habit now! Sometimes on the smallest things I’m thinking or over-thinking which can waste a lot of time. I’m trying to become more spontaneous and confident in my decisions. At first I thought asking other people may help but then you start relying on others decisions for you and you’re still indecisive yourself! Thankfully I have improved greatly but I’ve still got a long way to go.

  1. What do you prefer – mountains or the sea?

I believe that most people prefer beach more than mountain when they plan for their vacation. I personally love nature very much. Both mountain and beach are the places that I would love to visit. But if I have to choose only one place for my vacation, I would prefer to travel to mountain more than beach.

For me, mountain can make me feel more refreshed and relaxed surrounded by beautiful nature; forest, green trees, waterfall, lake, birds, etc. Besides, the air is fresh and it is really peaceful!

  1. Would you like to go on some kinds of expedition?

Of course, I would like to go on some kinds of expedition. I desire to go on a trip to Son Doong Cave, located in the core area of Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park, Quang Binh Province – is a new cave discovered and declared to be the largest cave in the world by the Royal Cave Research Association of England. 2009 – 2010 and put into operation in the form of adventure travel from 2013.

With the limited number of participants, the number of successful conquerors of Son Doong Cave is now even less than the number of people who have ever stood on Mount Everest. I would like to explore Son Doong so much to discover the secrets inside them.

  1. What kind of person makes a good expedition leader?

He or She takes people to new places so expeditions are often unpredictable and full of change. Expeditions may involve trekking, cultural adventure and community project work.

The role of the Expedition Leader is to oversee all decisions made by the group that affect the health and safety of the team. The Expedition Leader aims to advise the team on courses of action where risks are minimised and benefits to the development of the team are maximised.

7. TOPIC: ENVIRONMENT

  1. What kinds of things do you regularly recycle?

Recycling is actually really simple. You know, basically any recyclable things such as plastic bags, milk cartons or plastic water bottles. Personally, I would cut off the bottoms of plastic bottles to create a fantastic planter for my seedlings. For plastic bags, I reuse them as trash bin liners and sometimes as wrapping material for shipping items.

  1. Do you often use plastic water bottles or plastic bags?

I sometimes go shopping with my family at the supermarket, so we often use plastic bags to input goods. But I think the plastic bags used in supermarkets and shops have a negative effect on the environment because they do not degrade and end up as litter in our cities or oceans.

  1. What can we do to raise people’s awareness of environmental problems?

In my opinion, it has to start at home. Educate and practice, that is the only way it can be inculcated into the psyche of people. We all have to contribute to it, not only the government. We all always try to do things easier way. But if we first start thinking about our convenience and the environment for any action that we do probably it will help. So the change has to come in the way people start thinking about it. A few things probably we all develop that will help environment.

  1. Would you like to go on some kinds of expedition?

8. TOPIC: INTERNET

  1. Which do you prefer: ordering things online or ordering things by telephone?

I prefer ordering things online to ordering things by telephone, because the world is fast evolving, and so is everything that resides in it. The market system of the world today is no exception to this evolution. Lots of businesses and trade stores now take their online presence seriously. The reason is not far-fetched; this is because most people now prefer to purchase their goods and services online rather than ordering things by telephone.

  1. Do you have any problems with online orders?

I have had some problems with online shopping before, such as: Issues relating to product quality, more fraudulent sellers are registering on these websites and selling low-quality or faux products in the name of original and branded products. And actually product size is different from advertisement.

  1. Do many people in your country have computers in their homes?

Well, to answer this question, I should first mention that the ownership of computers is almost ten times higher in cities than that of villages in my country. Thus most of the families living in a city own at least a computer except for poor people while almost one in twelve families in rural areas have a computer or a laptop. They use computers for studying, shopping online, working and surf the internet, etc….

9. TOPIC: FUTURE PLAN

  1. What plans do you have for your next holiday?

The next holiday of mine is visiting Da Lat city, the beautiful place in the middle of Vietnam.

To me, visiting Da Lat is my dream because of two main reasons. Firstly, the place we plan to go to is extremely beautiful and we can enjoy a different atmosphere as well as lifestyle in a different place. We can escape from the hustle and bustle of the rat race in Hanoi. Secondly, it would be a chance for my family to reunite after a long year to gain a close-knit relationship.

  1. What is your future plan in the next 10 years?

In the next 10 years, I want to be a good English teacher. Learning is what will follow us throughout life. We constantly learn to make ourselves more perfect. Nowadays, cultural and economic exchanges between countries are no longer unfamiliar. Therefore, English is an important language that enables us to communicate in almost every country in the world. I have developed a plan for myself to learn English to ensure I will get the best results in the shortest amount of time. My goal is to get 8.0 IELTS by the end of 2023. I realized that I still lacked in listening and speaking, so my English study plan focused heavily on these two parts.

  1. Are you interested in future predictions?

It is impossible to predict the future, we all know, yet many of us still try to do it in one way or another. We love to hear correct predictions, even though most who attempt it tend to get it wrong. It hasn’t helped that more than one charlatan has hung out a futurist shingle, interested only in telling people what they want (or don’t want) to hear to make a buck. The field has always been viewed as a bit shady, some considering the whole enterprise plain quackery. So even though I’m interested in future predictions but not absolutely sure believe them.

  1. In the future, which foreign language would you like to study?

I think I’ll learn English in the future.  Learning a new language is like learning about a new culture and I always take a keen interest in various cultures around the world. Also, the ability to speak English fluently can open the door to many more opportunities such as a good job in an international enterprise, can communicate with foreign friends and help me a lot in the future.

  1. How will your hometown change in the next 10 years?

My hometown is developing quickly, and life in the countryside is becoming more and more convenient. For example, there are many new stores, so people can go shopping more easily. And there are new factories, so the people can find a job more easily. In the next ten ear, I hope my hometown to be a smart and modern town with full facilities for residents.

10. TOPIC: FESTIVAL

  1. Describe a special or traditional celebration in your country?

Today, I am going to talk about an important holiday (or festival) that is celebrated in my country called Lunar New Year. Besides the Western calendar’s New Year , the Vietnamese people also celebrate Lunar New Year according to the lunar calendar.
The Lunar New Year, or Tet usually takes place around the end of January or the beginning of February, depending on when the lunar calendar ends. Tet provides the opportunity for reunions for Vietnamese families, as people tend to return to their hometowns at this time of
the year.

  1. Do you like dressing up in costumes or masks in festivals?

Well, like people in most countries, I think, I also like dressing up in costumes or masks at festivals. On New Year’s Day, I usually wear traditional costumes. I remember last Halloween, I went out with friends and we kind of dressed up in scary costumes.

  1. Do you think that people need a long holidays?

Life is too short to spend in doing the same things over and over again for all of our lives and become “bored” to death. The only way we can get rid of this “boredom” is to do something different from time to time, and there just seems to be no better way of doing this than going on long holidays. So, people go on holidays to enjoy their lives a little and have some fun as it helps them to reduce their stress and increase the level of immunity.  When you go on holidays, you become more positive about your life and surroundings around you as you get exposed to new environments, different human behaviours, cultures and diverse ways of doing things.

  1. Describe the most important festival in your country?

When it comes to holidays, we could not not mention our Lunar New Year, also known as Tet in Vietnam.

Tet is one of the most anticipated holidays in Vietnam. It lasts 3 to 4 days from the first day of the Lunar calendar and usually falls between late January and early February. Tet brings an abundance of celebratory activities. Prior to Tet, families would prepare traditional food such as chung cake (square cake) or sugar-preserved fruit. Tet is also an occasion for pilgrims and family reunions. People from across the country would return to their hometowns to be with their families during this time of the year. For adults, this is time to worship their long-gone ancestors and visit pagodas to pray for the new year. Children would look forward to Tet because they can receive lucky money. Another common practice during Tet is to decorate the house with ornaments such as couplets or flowers. Cherry blossoms in the North and apricot blossoms in the South.

  1. Do you like participating in traditional festivals? Why?

I like participating in traditional festivals so much, one of that is Hung King Temple festival. It is a national event that is held in Phu Tho. As its name suggests, it takes place annually to commemorate Hung Kings – the founder of the nation. During the festival, people from all over the country and those living abroad head for the main temple on Nghia Linh, Phu Tho to take part in this meaningful festival. The atmosphere of the festival is always bustling with many different folk games including human chess, bamboo swings, rice cooking competitions, “nem con”, wrestling, lion dance, etc. The highlight of the festival is the procession up to Den Thuong (Upper Temple) with the participation of governmental leaders, villagers, and many visitors.

11. TOPIC: TECHNOLOGY

  1. Do you like robots to work at your home?

Yes, I love that idea. As I’m fully occupied with my work and study all day, having a robot can help me free from domestic chores. So, I can have more time to pursue other interests and to be immersed in some real page-turners in the evening.

  1. Do you use computers for your work?

Yes, I am not a Technophobe, I have a very high-spec desktop that I place on my desk in my bed room for doing heavy tasks. Besides, I have a 13-inch Mac Book Pro with retina display that I often bring with me to work or on a business trip. Both of my computers are very powerful and versatile, and I really love them.

  1. How much time do you spend using a computer at work?

As you know, I’m a teacher so I have to teach online so I use my computers almost every day to do my work. I spend 7 hours a day to use my computer.

  1. In what ways has technology changed the society?

As technological systems are invented by humans and reflect the very essence of a population’s needs and culture, human societies/civilizations and their technology have become inseparable from one another. The cyclical nature of society and technologies is one where each factor greatly affects the other, starting with human societies and resulting in the development of different technologies to meet the needs of the society. Those technologies change the way societies behave and operate – which also affects and evolves their economies, producing a potential greater need for more technology, resulting in a cycle.

  1. What do you do when your experienced technical problems?

I have broken out in a cold sweat at the idea of having my Internet connection or sound problems and incompatible files completely ruin an activity that has been planned for my class. These are 2 tips for technical problems from my experience: Stay Calm – Take time to think and avoid spiraling into a panic, which will only cause you to make bad decisions, and students will pick up on this. Here’s a pro tip: If you are experiencing a system error, before anything else, try to reboot your computer and then start again. Have Your ‘Plan B’ Close By – Technological tools are wonderful assets for teachers, but since a technical problem can occur at any time, it is important to take this possibility into account and prepare a plan B while you are doing your lesson planning.

12. TOPIC: WORK

  1. What is your job?

Now I’m a staff in Vincom company. My major involves the property business, so I decided to do my internship there. It is an extremely big company with dynamic and loyal staff, and a highly professional working style as well.

  1. Why did you choose that job?

Frankly speaking, my major at university had nothing to do with what I’m doing at the moment. I selected this job mainly because it suits my personality as a sociable and friendly person. Besides, my boss offered me a high salary.

  1. Do you get on well with your co-workers?

Well, I guess the answer is yes. This is because we have a lot of things in common. You know, we are nearly the same age as each other and are all crazy about board games and travelling.

  1. Are there anything special about your job?

Well, the job gives me the freedom to create. I am encouraged  to go somewhere outside like a  book  cafe to find  inspiration  and come up  with novel ideas. Sometimes,  I  can work  from  home,  which  makes  me  so  comfy.  As  I  said  earlier,  my  manager  is ver y easy-going.

  1. Is there another type of job you would like to do in the future?

As I said before, I’m very satisfied with my job, so I guess in the future I will still stick with it. Right now, I’m doing a master’s degree in teaching, which I think will assist my career a lot. So, you see, there is no reason for me to quit.

13. TOPIC: INTERNET

  1. Do you think you use the internet too much?

I think most people do these days. My problem is that there are so many sites and apps that you end up checking them way too often and this wastes lots of time. It can also be a bit anti-social if you are checking your phone all the time when you are with other people.

  1. What do you use the internet for?

I do a ton of things on the Internet. I usually use it to read local as well as national news headlines. I also use it for checking my emails, chatting with my friends and playing games online at times.

  1. Do you think that the Internet is useful for your work?

I think the Internetg is useful for my work.

Nowadays, people can work regardless of time zone and geographical boundaries thanks to the Internet. To be more specific, they don’t have to go to the office or be physically present to collaborate with colleagues, but they can still get work done. That’s why coffee shops are now a great place for people to come to work. Besides, while meetings were held in physical rooms in the past, now web conferencing tools facilitate remote meetings. I mean people can collaborate with each other without meeting face to face as they used to, which saves a great deal of time and costs.

  1. What are some disadvantages of Internet?

Being connected all of the time is not a good thing. Before you had to sit down at your computer and log on and that took time, so you didn’t do it so much. Now all people have to do is look at their phone and this is too much for me. I’ve been trying to leave my phone at home when I socialise with friends and family to stop myself from focusing too much on the phone rather than them.

  1. Do you think that the internet safe for children?

I suppose that it’s harmful for children to use the Internet without their parents’ supervision due to several clear risks it brings to them. First of all, as children are still young, they’re easily tempted to click on inappropriate content like violent scenes or sexual images on the web, which has a negative impact on their development. Secondly, children might become the victim of cyberbullying. If this lasts too long, it would give them a sense of anxiety and depression.

14. TOPIC: WEATHER AND NATURE

  1. What is the weather like today?

Well, I think today is a lovely day, even though it rained a little bit this morning. When I got out of the house, the weather seemed to brighten up and I hope it will stay like that for the rest of the day.

  1. Does today’s weather affect your feelings?

One hundred percent yes. If the weather is fine, humans can have the mood or motivation to do certain things. When the weather is cool or sunny, people may tend to feel happier; however, if really bad weather conditions happen, for instance scorching heat or torrential rain, it is
easy for people to have their mood down. The appearance of snow may make people excited but thick layers of snow with bitterly cold weather can cause depression for people.

  1. Do you do different thing in different weather?

Yeah I surely do. I mean I do a lot of exercises during the summer time. But when it comes to winter, when the weather is bleak, the sky looks so grey and dull and because of the thick cloud cover, I find myself so draggy and completely not productive at all.

  1. What are the three most natural wonders in your country?

I would like to tell three most natural wonders in Vietnam.

A, Halong Bay: Halong Bay is one of the most beautiful stops in all of Vietnam. It’s located in the north, about a three-hour drive from Hanoi. Pillars of limestone jut from the blue-green bay. On a boat tour, your guides will tell you what locals believe the formations most resemble — use your imagination to spot the fighting roosters and the dragon. Boat trips to the bay also stop at caves, which come with man-made stairs and railings to make for easy exploring.

B, Phuquoc Island: Phuquoc Island, off the coast of southern Vietnam, and see some of Vietnam’s prettiest beaches, with white sands and tropical rainforests. One of the most popular is Long Beach, which is on the west coast of the island. Needless to say, this is an excellent place to order up fresh seafood.

C, Tràng An – Ninh Binh is often referred to as the Halong Bay of the land, because of the limestone formations that sit on the banks of the lush green river. Your boat trip also takes you through tunnels that cut through the limestone.

I would like to talk about my recent holiday in Phu Quoc Island with my family last summer, which was really memorable for us. Although this trip only lasted for 4 days, it involved a lot of planning ahead.

To be honest, traveling to Phu Quoc Island can be quite costly and, due to financial constraints, we started saving up for our holiday. We booked the plane tickets a month ahead to get a couple of cheaper ones. Because we definitely did not want to use a travel agent or book a package tour, we had to search for a lot of information online to organize our own journey.

Throughout the trip, there were a lot of interesting things that we had a chance to experience together. We visited some well-known tourist attractions in Phu Quoc Island, which allowed us to discover a new culture, traditional customs and met tourists from all over the world there. What we really enjoyed was Vietnamese cuisine. The local food, seafood are fresh and so delicious.  We also stopped by open markets at night to buy clothing and souvenirs for our families back home.

I think traveling is really the best way to practice relaxation and so this trip helped us to get away from it all, leave our worries behind and enjoy ourselves.
